The Centre for Simulations of Superdense Fluids has been created as an Incubator of Scientific Excellence under the Excellence Initiative — Research University.
The Centre has two goals. One is to develope fluid-dynamical models to describe the evolution of hot and dense strongly interacting matter — quark-gluon plasma — created in ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions. The second goal is to construct equations of state of this matter using various effective models.
